Dr Peter Jr Naintin is a distinguished Malaysian professional with over 20 years of experience in housing, township, and sustainable development. He brings deep expertise across project management, construction management, infrastructure planning, and residential master planning, with cumulative development and construction value exceeding RM2 Billion.

Beyond the private sector, Dr Peter has served extensively in government-linked companies (GLCs), public institutions, and community organisations, contributing to national development, education, and social initiatives. His work reflects a strong commitment to sustainable development, community empowerment, and leadership through education.

As Strategic Advisor to SafeTric Berhad, Dr Peter provides critical guidance on theimplementation of electrical safety technology within residential and township developments, ensuring that SafeTric’s innovations are practical, scalable, and aligned with
real-world housing needs.

MASTER LI YUANFANG

Head of Research & Development (R&D)

Core Architect of SafeTric System & SafeTric Link

Master Li serves as the Head of Research & Development at SafeTric Berhad and is the core technical architect behind the SafeTric System and SafeTric Link.

He specialises in electrical safety logic, system protection architecture, and safe-electricity concepts, and has played a central role in transforming SafeTric’s ideas fromtheory into proven physical and system-level demonstrations. His work focuses on how electrical risks can be detected, controlled, and prevented at the system level.

With strong hands-on experience and deep technical intuition, Li leads the development direction of SafeTric’s hardware and system logic, supporting continuous R&D improvement, localisation, and future deployment in Malaysia. He works closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure technical reliability, safety integrity, and practical implementation.

Li brings a results-driven, engineering-first approach to innovation and is a key force behind SafeTric’s technological foundation.

IAN VOON YEE ERN

Legal Advisor

Ian Voon Yee Ern serves as Legal Advisor to SafeTric Berhad, providing legal guidance to support the company’s governance, compliance, and strategic decision-making.

He advises on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, ensuring that SafeTric operates with legal clarity, risk awareness, and sound professional judgment. His role supports the Board and management in navigating legal obligations while safeguarding the company’s long-term interests.

Ian brings a disciplined, professional legal perspective that strengthens SafeTric’s corporate integrity and operational confidence.

Benaffy Rosta Shaelabo serves as the Head of Administration & Operations at SafeTric Berhad, where she provides firm operational leadership and ensures organisational discipline across the company.

Known for her discretion, accuracy, and calm leadership, she manages sensitive matters and complex operations with professionalism and confidence. Benaffy combines structured
business management with modern operational intelligence to strengthen efficiency and long-term organisational stability.

Izzaty serves as the Head of Human Resources at SafeTric Berhad, leading the company’s people strategy, talent development, and organisational effectiveness.

With a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development, she oversees recruitment, talent acquisition, employee relations, HR governance, and compliance, ensuring a disciplined and people-focused work environment. Her role is central to building strong
teams, effective leadership, and sustainable organisational growth.

She brings a structured, solutions-driven approach to human capital management, supporting both operational needs and long-term leadership development within SafeTric.

PUAH HIAP OON

Founder & Managing Director

SafeTric Berhad

Puah Hiap Oon is the Founder and Managing Director of SafeTric Berhad, leading the company with a clear mission: to prevent loss of life, property damage, and financial loss caused by electrical failures through responsible innovation.

Puah is enrolled in the Master in Business Admin at Veritas University Collage (Group of BAC), focusing on strategic marketing frameworks and industry-driven research. Together with a background in aviation engineering, Puah brings a safety-first, system-driven mindset into the field of electrical protection technology. His engineering foundation instilled a deep respect for precision, risk control, and accountability, principles that
now define SafeTric’s approach to innovation.

Puah has over a decade of hands-on experience in Malaysia’s electrical and infrastructure ecosystem, including involvement with high-voltage cable projects, electrical protection systems, and power-related engineering environments. His exposure to real-world electrical risks and systemic failures shaped the conviction that electrical safety must move from reaction to prevention.

As a founder, Puah has led SafeTric from concept to successful theoretical and physical proof-of-concept, assembling a cross-border R&D team and driving the development of a preventive electrical safety system designed to address electrocution and electrical fire risks at their source. Under his leadership, SafeTric has positioned itself as a first-mover innovation from Borneo, developed responsibly and with long-term public safety in mind.

Beyond technology, Puah brings strong capabilities in strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and organizational building. He works closely with government bodies, industry partners, and advisors to ensure the operation of the company
